Set on 39 acres on the Far South Coast is a place called Sugar Rock Ranch, a wilderness ranch for wilder times.

Wake up to some of Australia's wildest landscapes in the deep south.

  • Fabulous cabin, incredible setting.

All the comforts of home whilst we listened to the rain on the roof, we watched the local kangaroo families, hiked the trails and beaded to the beach. Such a welcoming host and a gorgeous place we wish we could’ve stayed longer.

    TRACY

  • A serene first visit to the Sapphire Coast.

Thanks to a wonderful stay. The accommodation was both beautiful and practical. The location was perfect it was close to town and still remote enough to make you feel like you were in the bush. Hosts went above and beyond with their local recommendations.

  • Sugar Rock Ranch is an amazing stay.

Such a great location. The cabin is cosy, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were generous who will give you lots of pointers on what to do and see nearby. Great experience!

The cabins simplicity and rustic charm were exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. We appreciated the tranquility of the area making it a perfect spot for a quiet retreat.

    LIAM

  • We had a really lovely stay.

The space was bigger than we anticipated, the bed and beanbag were very comfy! The outside deck was a top spot for morning coffee watching the kangaroos and a relaxing afternoon bevvie before dinner. We will definitely stay again next time we’re on the Sapphire Coast.
