Our Barn Studio was hand-built over 30 years ago with timber felled and milled on the property. It’s kept simple with an open plan studio, a soft queen bed, basic kitchenette and modern eco bathroom.
You’ll find a bbq on the deck overlooking the dam and a private fire-pit where you can get one with nature outdoors.

It’s simple yet roomy with an open plan, plenty of room for you and your belongings.

A small camp stove top with a few pots and pans, cupboards stocked with the basics, a Weber barbie on the deck and outdoor cooking equipment. Shower and toiletries to keep things clean and eco toilet to keep things in one with nature.

It’s a dogs playground, we haven’t met a doggo that didn’t have a good time. The deck is secured with a gate so you can all relax without worry.

You’ll feel remote but you’re only 5 minutes to Eden by car that means close to shops and easy swims at the beach.

The Building
Built with timber felled and milled from the past on the property the Barn Studio. The walls lined with timber makes this stay feel authentic and warm. The barn studio offers amenities like an urban hotel with the beauty of waking up on the ranch.

Kitchen
A small camp stove top with a few pots and pans, a kettle and ceramic mugs with a Chemex coffee pot. The cupboards are stocked with your cooking basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, tea and sugar. We have a small bar fridge and basic sink to keep you going.

Bedroom
A comfy queen bed with Pony Rider organic canvas duvet, eco-friendly feather pillows, and loads of blankets to keep you toasty through the night. You’ll find a lamp by the bedside to snuggle in with a good book from our in-cabin library.

Bathroom
In a modern design with rustic charm find a hot shower complete with Pendleton towels, organic soap, shampoo and conditioner. We have a composting toilet which makes for an organic experience. Everything you need and nothing you don't.

Living
There’s nothing like a comfy couch after a long day of hiking in the forest, you’ll find one of those here. Along with a Pony Rider bean bag when you want to get #ranchorelaxo. We have an oil heater to keep you warm at night when you're not outside by the fire.

Outside
A nice size deck with a Weber and an outdoor dining space. Down the stairs you'll find a private fire pit surrounded by the native gardens. The ranch dam which is only a short stroll, you can sit enjoying a few brews listening to the sounds nature.
